1) Wake up before 6:00 am every day. Practice discipline.
2) Make your bed immediately upon waking up. Perfectly.
3) Brush and floss your teeth. Twice.
4) Do not under any circumstances masturbate. This will keep your life force inside and boost your energy.
5) Write 3–5 things that you must accomplish the next day. Write this list the night before.
6) Do the list before you go to sleep. No exceptions.
7) Every day break a sweat. I don’t care if it’s 100 pushups, an hour workout, a jog. Every day break a sweat.
8) After dinner go on a 50– 90-minute walk. This will help you gain control and clarity of where you are heading in life.
9)Choose 1 bad habit and eliminate it from your life for the next 30 days.
